Our staff hold Certificates of Proficiency and Certificates of Attainment in Dangerous Goods Inspection, Hazardous substance advisory, and approved Handlers for Hazardous Classes 2,3,4,5,6,8 and 9 under the Hazardous substances and New Organisms Act 1996, making them highly skilled and knowledgeable in the field.
Between 1980 and 1992, our original director Ray McGregor served as the Dangerous Goods Inspector for Hamilton City and Waikato District Councils, gaining valuable experience and insights into regulatory compliance and best practices. He then took the initiative to establish Haz-Tech Environmental Ltd, later joined by his son Scott and earning a reputation for excellence and professionalism in the industry.
